Q: How can I cancel or update my subscription?
- Go to https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8wMdR5es72Sdauk3cc and enter your email from Aidocmaker.com to login. This should be the same email where you have been receiving payment receipt emails.
- Once you are in the portal, you can cancel or update your subscription plan (you can also view past invoices here)
- Confirm your subscription changes and you're done!
Once your subscription has been cancelled, it will no longer renew at the end of its current billing period. You can continue using your subscription until then.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable.
Cancelling Free Trials
For subscriptions in a free trial, once cancelled the subscription will end when the free trial period is over, and no charges will be made to your payment method.
Q: What is the refund policy?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will generally consider refund requests if they are made within 14 days of purchase (except for Scale Plan purchases, which are always non-refundable). To request a refund, please contact our support team using the email you signed up with on Aidocmaker.com.
