Model Selection and Usage

• You may choose across a selection of state-of-the-art AI models when using our platform, such as when generating a document or chatting with AI.
• For optimal results, we recommend using Auto Mode. This mode intelligently selects and assigns the best model for your request based on the models available on your plan.
• Users on higher-tier paid plans receive priority access, higher usage limits, and a greater selection of AI models, which generally means better performance and faster responses.

User Priority System

To ensure optimal service quality and fair resource allocation, Aidocmaker.com operates on a tiered priority system:

Priority Order:

1. Paid Subscribers - Prioritized according to their plan tier (higher-tier plans receive first priority)
2. Logged-in Free Users - Registered users with free accounts receive priority over anonymous users
3. Anonymous Users - Visitors using the service without an account

Model Availability and Substitution: During periods of high demand or to optimize performance, we may substitute your selected AI model with an equivalent or lower-tier model while maintaining service quality, based on the priority order above.

Fair Usage Policy

• Prohibited Use: Use of automated bots, unauthorized API usage, or attempts to exploit or access our systems in an unauthorized manner are strictly forbidden.
• Generating content that breaches our Content Abuse Policy (including but not limited to hate speech, misinformation, sexual content or illegal activities) is not allowed.
• Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
